European employers set specific criteria to ensure candidates can successfully adapt to European hospitality environments and obtain government work permits:
- Citizenship: Open to Filipino and Nepali nationals legally residing and working in GCC countries or their home countries.

Country-Specific Government Clearance Guidance
For Filipino Applicants (DMW & MWO Process)
Filipino nationals relocating from the GCC to Europe must comply with Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) directives. Depending on your contract and processing route, candidates must complete contract verification through the relevant Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in their GCC host country (e.g., MWO Dubai, MWO Riyadh) to secure an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) or digital travel exit clearance prior to departure.
For Nepali Applicants (DoFE & FEIMS Process)
Nepali workers must obtain official labor approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE) via the Foreign Employment Information Management System (FEIMS). This process involves registering employment contracts, acquiring mandatory foreign employment insurance, contributing to the welfare fund, and attending orientation sessions.
Critical Notice on Current GCC Status
A GCC residence permit or Iqama does not grant automatic entry or work authorization in Europe. Candidates must maintain their legal status in the GCC throughout recruitment. Do not resign from your GCC employment, cancel your residence visa, or purchase flight tickets until your European work permit and official entry visa have been issued and confirmed in writing by Global Connect HR.
